What is included in my coverage?
Drivers Premier covers all members of your household including dependents up to age 22 away at college. This covers any light duty private vehicle owned, leased or furnished to you with permission of the owner.
Membership includes coverage for up to 4 roadside events per year. This can be an combination of road or tow.
Additional benefits include:
- Battery rebate ($50/2 years)

- Perks

Are my benefits available 24/7?
Yes, you can call us anytime at our toll free number 1-888-633-5151 or request service digitally via our website.

When does coverage begin?
Services begin 72 hours after our receipt of your enrollment.

What happens after I request roadside service?
A response specialist will first address your safety concerns. If you are not in a safe location, the response specialist will keep you on the line while they contact emergency assistance for you. In the other cases, the response specialist will then contact the appropriate type of roadside help you require, and will then call you to provide you information on when you may expect the arrival of the service professional. Additionally, you will be contacted after service to ensure that the services provided met your expectations.

When will I receive my welcome package and card?
Your Membership Fulfillment Kit will be shipped within 7-10 business days after enrollment.

Can I cancel at any time?
If you feel that Drivers Premier is not for you, just submit a request using the form at the bottom of this page.
You can also call 888-633-5151 or email member_services@crosscountrymotorclub.com to cancel.
You are entitled to a pro-rated refund.

Is Driver’s Elite coverage available?
Driver’s Elite is still available for an annual fee of $54.95. You can enroll in Driver’s Elite here.
Please note, Driver’s Elite includes basic roadside assistance coverage. For more comprehensive coverage, consider Driver’s Premier instead.
