How long does it take for service to arrive?
Most providers arrive in less than an hour but conditions can vary widely based on weather, traffic and demand in the area.

What geographical area do you cover?The Drivers Premier network of roadside providers covers 100% of U.S. zip codes, ensuring high support availability, regardless of location.

What happens if a service provider cannot resolve the issue on the spot?If the caller’s roadside request cannot be completed at the disablement location, the roadside provider will work with Drivers Premier to arrange for the vehicle to be towed so the caller can resume their day without obstructing traffic.

Citizens will be charged a fair market price which varies depending on the service.

What information is requested when callers are directed to the link?Callers will be asked to provide just the necessary information required to complete their request, including:
- Disablement location and location type (highway, local road, parking lot, etc.)
- Requested service type
- VIN or vehicle make, model, and year
- Name and contact information
- Permission to receive additional texts for provider tracking (optional)
